Terms of Service

DebrisDash mobile app and website. Last updated July 30, 2026.

Marketplace use

DebrisDash provides software for coordinating real-world debris pickup, hauling, and receiver-site services. DebrisDash is not itself the hauler, receiver, property owner, or onsite operator. Users must provide accurate information, use the service lawfully, and avoid prohibited materials, fraud, harassment, threats, abusive content, or misuse of another user's data.

Content and moderation

Listings, messages, photos, quotes, reviews, and other user content must be accurate, lawful, and appropriate for debris-hauling coordination. DebrisDash may filter, review, restrict, or remove content and may suspend accounts that post threats, hate, sexual exploitation, scams, harassment, dangerous material, personal information, or other abusive content.

Users can report listings or conversations in the app and can block another participant in chat. Reports are reviewed by DebrisDash administrators. For urgent danger, contact local emergency services rather than relying on an in-app report.

Access and availability

Access can depend on role, market, app availability, and operational fit. Website copy is not a guarantee of access, payment, job volume, or coverage.

Accounts and content

Users are responsible for account security and submitted content. DebrisDash may review, restrict, remove, or preserve content, accounts, jobs, messages, or access when reasonably needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute handling, or enforcement of these terms. Users can report or block abusive users in supported conversations.

Platform fees

For paid pile jobs, the poster's entered bounty is the total authorized amount. DebrisDash deducts a 15% platform fee from the active bounty rather than adding the fee on top of the poster's amount. Hauler map and job views show an estimated payout equal to 85% of the active bounty. Stripe or other payment-processing costs may affect the final amount transferred to the hauler.

Receiver capacity reservations

A receiver reservation holds the displayed amount of real-world drop-off capacity for the displayed period, currently two hours. DebrisDash waives its reservation service fee for the first three eligible receiver reservations; later reservations currently include a $10 service fee. Exact arrival details are shared only with an authorized reservation. A failed payment or failed reservation does not create a valid hold.

Payment authorizations, refunds, and disputes

Stripe processes payment authorizations, captures, refunds, and payouts. If a pile payment authorization is canceled or refunded before payout release, DebrisDash retains no platform fee. A receiver reservation payment that succeeds but cannot create the requested hold must be canceled or refunded. Completed services, expired or abandoned reservations, disputes, partial resolutions, and completed transfers may follow different payment and refund steps.

Independent haulers

Haulers, truckers, contractors, and field operators are independent operators. They are responsible for truck, trailer, equipment, driving, access, loading, property care, cleanup conduct, insurance, licensing, and compliance.

Property and onsite responsibility

DebrisDash provides software for posting, routing, documenting, and coordinating debris work. DebrisDash is not responsible for onsite actions by an independent hauler or operator.

Account deletion and retained records

Users can delete an account from inside the app. Some active, completed, paid, disputed, safety, tax, accounting, security, or fraud-prevention records may remain only as long as reasonably needed for those purposes. See the Privacy Policy and Delete Account page for details.

Certification signals

Certification badges are trust signals. They are not guarantees of outcome, insurance coverage, legal compliance, or damage-free service.
