Account deletion
Use this page if you need help removing a DebrisDash account or associated data.
If you can sign in, open the account drawer or your profile, choose Delete account, review what will be removed or retained, and confirm permanent deletion. The app may ask you to sign in again to protect the account from an unauthorized deletion request.
If you cannot sign in, email support@debrisdash.app, call (251) 272-5752, text (251) 272-5752, or use the contact form. Include the email on the account and the role you used, such as hauler, poster, or receiver site.
The authentication account and removable private profile, draft, open-listing, response, conversation, and associated media data are deleted. Records tied to active or completed jobs, payments, payouts, refunds, disputes, safety investigations, tax, accounting, legal obligations, security, or fraud prevention may remain only as long as needed for those purposes and are deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
We will review the request and follow up if we need more information to verify account ownership.
