A job in the app
Tell us which job, whether you are the poster, hauler or receiver site, and what you expected to happen. Photos, status and timestamps stay on the job record.
Payments and refunds
Payment holds, refunds and disputes follow the Terms of Service. If a payment hold is canceled or refunded before payout release, DebrisDash keeps no platform fee.
Emergencies
For downed power lines, blocked roads or dangerous trees, call 911 or your utility first. DebrisDash is not an emergency service and cannot clear hazards.
Sites and partnerships
If you run a dump, scrap yard or a site that wants clean material, tell us what you accept and where. See how receiver site listings work.
Deleting your account
You can delete your account in the app. Delete Account lists the steps and what records may remain.
