About this policy
DebrisDash is a marketplace that helps people coordinate real-world debris pickup, hauling, and receiver-site services. This policy explains what information the DebrisDash app and website collect, why it is used, when it is shared, how long it is kept, and the choices available to users.
Information we collect
Account and contact information may include name, email address, phone number, profile photo, role, authentication provider, and business or profile details.
Marketplace content may include vehicle and trailer details, hauling capacity, debris descriptions, pickup and receiver-site addresses, photos or videos, availability, quotes, bids, reviews, completion proof, dispute evidence, private handoff notes, in-app messages, reports, blocks, and support requests.
Transaction information may include job prices, payment and payout status, refunds, disputes, and transaction identifiers. Stripe collects and processes card, bank-account, identity, or business-verification details used for payments and connected-account payouts. DebrisDash does not store complete card or bank-account numbers.
When a feature needs it, the app may collect precise location while the app is open, user-selected camera or photo-library content, Firebase user and device identifiers, push-notification tokens, App Check signals, app version, crash reports, diagnostics, and security logs.
Website forms may collect name, email, state or market, source page, campaign tags, browser or device information, and whatever details you choose to submit.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users; provide separate poster, hauler, receiver-site, and administrative workflows; publish and coordinate jobs, bids, quotes, routes, receiver handoffs, messages, reviews, payments, and payouts; show map and route context; verify location-dependent job steps; prevent fraud; resolve disputes; provide support; moderate content; protect users; diagnose crashes; maintain reliability; and comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements.
Precise location is used to show nearby jobs and receiver sites, plan routes, and verify job-site arrival. Where practical, users may enter or select an address instead of sharing current location.
We do not sell personal information. DebrisDash does not use iOS app data to track users across apps or websites owned by other companies. Microsoft Clarity is disabled in the iOS app; it may be used in the Android app or on the website.
When information is shared
Other marketplace participants receive only the information needed for a listing, reservation, or handoff. Public listings do not reveal private contact details or an exact private location before the workflow authorizes access.
Google and Firebase provide authentication, database, file storage, maps, geocoding, messaging, app integrity, crash reporting, and optional AI-assisted pile-estimation services. Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity help us understand website use. Apple provides Sign in with Apple, platform services, push delivery, and Apple Pay when selected. Stripe processes payments, verification, refunds, and payouts. Other providers may support hosting, forms, email, customer support, security, and operations.
Providers receive information only as needed to perform their services and are required to protect it consistently with this policy and applicable law. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, rights, safety, or the integrity of the service.
Retention and deletion
We keep active account and marketplace information while it is needed to provide DebrisDash. When an account is deleted, we remove the authentication account and removable profile, draft, open-listing, unconverted planning, unreserved receiver-site, response, conversation, and associated media records.
Records tied to an active or completed job, payment, payout, refund, dispute, safety investigation, fraud prevention, tax, accounting, or legal obligation may be retained only as long as needed for that purpose. Retained records are limited and protected, then deleted or de-identified when no longer required.
Deleting the app does not delete an account. Account deletion can be started inside DebrisDash from account or profile settings and may require recent authentication to prevent unauthorized deletion.
Your choices
Location, camera, photo-library, and notification permissions can be denied or changed in device Settings. Optional notifications can be disabled. Profile information can be reviewed or updated in the app. Users may sign out, revoke supported social credentials through account deletion, or permanently delete an account in the app.
To request access, correction, deletion, or help withdrawing consent, email support@debrisdash.app, call (251) 272-5752, or text (251) 272-5752. Requests remain subject to applicable law and necessary transaction or safety records.
Security and children
We use authentication, access controls, encrypted transport, provider security controls, app-integrity checks, and role-based data rules designed to protect personal information. No system can guarantee absolute security.
DebrisDash is a marketplace for people and businesses arranging real-world hauling services. It is not designed for children. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate authorization.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the latest version, and material changes will be presented through the app, website, or another appropriate channel.
