How it works
A marketplace for piles, trucks and places to take the load.
DebrisDash connects people who usually find each other through phone calls, yard signs and social media posts. It is a marketplace, not a hauling company.
People with a pile
Homeowners, landlords, contractors and tree crews post photos, the material, the load size, a price and private arrival notes. You can request quotes first and turn the one you pick into a pickup, or request pickup quotes from the website without installing anything.
Independent haulers
Anyone with a pickup, dump trailer or grapple truck can see nearby work with photos and the estimated payout after fees before claiming it, batch nearby jobs and pick where each load finishes. The hauler is responsible for the truck, equipment, insurance and the work.
Receiver sites
Gardeners, farms and landowners who want wood chips, logs, soil or clean fill can list what they accept, so clean material has somewhere useful to go. Receiver sites are material-wanted listings, not landfills.
Paying for a pickup
The poster sets the price. It is held on the card when the pile goes live and charged only after the pickup is done. The FAQ explains how the platform fee works.
Proof stays with the job
Photos, status, timestamps and destination notes stay attached to the job record, so both sides can see what was picked up and where it went.
Where it works
DebrisDash does not open city by city. Anyone can post anywhere, and haulers near the pile can see it. Whether a hauler responds depends on who is nearby, so we cannot promise a response in a specific area.
