Independent hauling marketplace

Make the appliance and the work clear.

Replacing a refrigerator, washer, or dryer often leaves a heavy item that needs careful handling. Photos and an honest description help a hauler decide whether their truck and crew can do the job and where the appliance can be accepted.

Browser requests are reviewed before publication. Hauler responses, pricing, labor, and pickup timing depend on availability and the agreed scope.

Common requests

  • Refrigerators and freezers
  • Washers, dryers, and household appliances
  • Several appliances during a property cleanout

What to tell the hauler

  • Name each appliance and describe its size and condition.
  • Say whether it is disconnected and ready to move; explain stairs and doorway restrictions.
  • Ask the hauler to confirm loading help and the appropriate disposal or recycling destination.

Before you arrange pickup

Refrigerant-containing appliances can require special processing. Do not vent refrigerant or assume a scrapyard accepts every appliance. Utility disconnection is separate work and should be handled by an appropriate professional when needed.

From photos to a hauling conversation

  1. Show the work. Upload 1–5 photos, choose the material, and give your general area.
  2. Add the details. Explain access, loading, and preferred timing, then send your request for review.
  3. Follow your private link. Review updates and any quotes. Confirm the work and arrangements with the responding hauler.

No app is required to send a website request. The DebrisDash app adds marketplace and hauler tools on Android, iPhone, and iPad.
