Questions

Will the city or county pick up my storm debris?
After a declared storm, local governments often run curbside collection with their own dates and sorting rules. Follow those first, and post what you need moved sooner or what they do not take.
Who removes a tree on my house or a power line?
Not a debris hauler. Call 911 or your power company for anything touching a line, and a licensed tree service for trees on a structure.
How much does storm debris pickup cost in Destin?
The app suggests a starting price by load size, from $40 for a pickup truck load of limbs and brush, and from $100 for construction debris. Haulers can quote higher or lower.
Can I get a pickup in Destin without the app?
Yes. Request pickup quotes on the DebrisDash website with photos and details; no app needed. You can also post in the app.
Is there a hauler near Destin right now?
DebrisDash does not launch city by city. It works wherever independent local haulers are using the app, and anyone can post a request anywhere. Whether a hauler responds, and how fast, depends on who is nearby, and availability grows as more local haulers join. We cannot promise a response in any specific area.
What can I not post?
Hazardous materials such as paint, chemicals, fuel, batteries, asbestos and medical waste. Dumps and scrapyards set their own rules for everything else.
